The Cumbria Baby & Children’s Business Awards 2027 are back — bigger and better than ever ✨
This year, businesses will nominate themselves to be part of the awards, giving everyone the opportunity to step forward and showcase what they do best.
We’ve also introduced new categories and made changes to ensure even more businesses get the recognition they deserve. New for 2027 are:
✨ Best Franchise Baby & Children’s Business
✨ Best Independently Owned Baby & Children’s Business
✨ Best Rising Star – Baby & Children’s Business (Under 3 Years Old)
We have also split one of our previous awards to give more focused recognition. Previously Best Children’s Dance, Sports or Fitness Provider,
this has now been divided into:
✨ Best Children’s Dance Class
✨ Best Children’s Sports or Fitness Provider
Our full range of categories celebrates everything from baby classes and nurseries to soft play, photographers, entertainers, and more — recognising the very
best across Cumbria’s baby and children’s industry.

🗳 Public voting: Dates to be announced
✨ Awards Night: Saturday 20th February 2027
📍 The Halston, Carlisle
Once nominations close, the public will vote to decide our finalists, followed by a final round of voting to crown our winners.
